May 20th, a day filled with love, is a day when both young and old appeal to every compassionate individual to, in their own way and through practical actions, show concern for the elderly in the welfare homes. The "Sunshine Life. Caring for the Elderly" volunteer activity commenced on this day.

With the assistance of the Chengyang Street Youth League Committee, representatives from Harbor Central employees participated in the elderly volunteer activity organized by the Chengyang District Chunyu Charity Association. This volunteer activity promotes Chunyu filial piety culture - "Sunshine Chengyang, Sunshine Chunyu," which emphasizes caring for the elderly and bringing them into the sunlight, allowing them to breathe fresh air and reconnect with nature.

In this volunteer activity, each volunteer was enthusiastic and attentive in their service. They chatted with the elderly, went for walks, and enjoyed the sunshine together while listening to their thoughts. Some volunteers even organized games and small performances to make the elderly happy. The organizers also prepared singing and massage services for the elderly. Here, volunteers provided warm and dedicated service, and the elderly were full of smiles, creating a joyful and harmonious atmosphere.

Promoting the Chinese tradition of respecting, loving, and assisting the elderly and spreading the virtue of filial piety in the Chinese culture is our duty. The volunteer public welfare activity we conducted this time has taught us a lot. We believe that in our future work, we will actively join the youth volunteer service team, exchange experiences with more volunteer organizations, and contribute our wisdom and strength to the growth of "Harbor Micro Charity" to contribute to the construction of Sunshine Chengyang.
