On the morning of 23rd September, the Party branch of HKCEC and the representatives of the trade union went into the community of Wangtong and paid a visit to the disabled families in Chengyang District. During the visit, our party branch representatives made detailed enquiries about the people in difficulty, understood their family living conditions and difficulties, urged them to reflect their difficulties to our company at any time, encouraged them to maintain an optimistic mindset to face life positively, overcome difficulties and lead a good life, and sent them holiday blessings and condolence gifts in advance.

Disabled people are equal members of the social family, a difficult and needy group. The Party branch and the labour union of Hong Kong Central made an in-depth understanding in advance to do a good job in helping the disabled and solving the practical difficulties for the disabled with actions. To continue to publicise the good experience of the work of people with disabilities, good practices to help people with disabilities synchronised to do a good job of sharing and actively advocate. Always put the warmth and coldness of some needy people in the community in mind and implement in action.

The condolence visit not only brought party members and cadres closer to the masses in difficulty, but also refined the party nature of party members and cadres, and enhanced the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party branch.
