On January 31, 2024, the "New Momentum·New Workplace" 2023 China's Best Employer Qingdao Region Award Ceremony was successfully held at the Qingdao MGM Hotel. 2,694 companies in the Qingdao area signed up for the election. After four months of selection and competition, the top ten employers in the Qingdao area and 53 preferred employer award-winning enterprises in the Qingdao area were finally selected. Registration for China's Best Employer of the Year 2023 will officially start on August 1, 2023, and will end on August 31. After preliminary screening of registration qualifications, the number of registered companies in Qingdao was 2,694. The selection invites former/current employees and potential employees of registered companies in Qingdao to evaluate the company's performance in the six dimensions of employer brand (employer culture, employer image, salary and benefits, organizational management, growth and development, and working environment). Based on employee evaluations ( 60%) scores and expert reviews (40%) are used to generate enterprise rankings, and the final list of China's annual Best Employers, Qingdao's Top 10 Best Employers, and Qingdao Region's Preferred Employer Award-winning enterprises are generated in the order of ranking.
